Let's meet Choi Junghwan

Hello, I'm Choi Jung-Hwan, working in the development/SI team in the Smart Factory department.

Smart Factory department uses ICT technology throughout the manufacturing process to support customized production from planning to sales.

My development/SI team is in charge of developing various programs (QMS, PMS, MES, etc.) operated in smart factories. These programs play an important role in increasing production efficiency and improving quality.

Before joining the company, I only knew that ALTEN was known as a global engineering company with great recognition in Europe.

However, after joining the company, I was able to feel firsthand that ALTEN KOREA is also leading innovation in high-tech fields such as smart factories. In addition, I was impressed that ALTEN's corporate culture was horizontal and cooperative, where it’s always easy to communicate with team members and share various ideas.

The goal of ALTEN KOREA is to develop leading technologies in the smart factory field and provide the best solutions to customers.

Personally, I want to continue to improve my development capabilities and increase my expertise through various experiences in the smart factory field. Ultimately, I want to grow with ALTEN and contribute to the development of the smart factory industry.

Development/SI teams not only need simple development skills but also effective and clear communication. We have a team culture in which we share problems and improvements that arise during projects and produce better results through feedback.
